The story of the opposite world
I came to the door to enter the other world! Chairs, tables, bedding and even toilet commodities are hung upside down! Is the earth turned upside down or did I turn upside down? To handle such a question, I went to the next room and saw the colorful stairs. However, it is not rising from the floor, coming down from the ceiling! If you want to get into this labyrinthine state, you have to go to the capital's Lalmatia. The 'Upside Down' gallery started only last month, but has already received a lot of response from entertainers.
Upside Down's entrepreneur has four friends. 'The entertainment of Dhakais nowadays has become restaurant-centric. Thinking about what a new kind of entertainment center can do, the idea of the opposite world comes to mind. Many countries around the world have such galleries. But this is the first one in Bangladesh - said Ishtiaq Mahmood Anik, one of the founders of Upside Down. The other three entrepreneurs are Shafi Ahmed Jani, Asifur Rahman and Mahbub Email. The ups and downs began with the desire to do something extraordinary all together, even when busy with jobs, business.
Bright and radowan came around the gallery. The exuberant couple said, 'I used to see many pictures of such galleries outside the country. It's nice to have something like this in my hometown. The use of the staff here is also very modern. ”
Anik said that after almost a year of effort and hard work, the gallery opened on May 17 for visitors. There was enough suspicion, as there was such a new gallery in the country. There were a lot of challenges as well. The biggest challenge was the safety issue. It is important to be aware that no accident should occur. However, hopefully, the response from the audience is overwhelming. Anik sees this response as an inspiration to move forward.
'No more than 50 people can enter the gallery at once. Many wait outside. However, after waiting for an hour, everyone was enthralled. Forget about the wait. This is a huge achievement for us, ”said Anik.
Upside down is a bedroom, kitchen, kids room. Anik said that the room interiors will be changed after a few days so that visitors do not suffer from monotony. Work is also underway on several more rooms.
If you want to enter the opposite world, the price of the ticket will be 450 Taka. However, the price is kept at 400 Tk.
