These are the foods that I and my partner take for our daily foods. My partner will drink lemon water everyday. I put 2 slices of lemon into a 500ml water bottles. Broccoli is our main vegetables most of the time and salmon is our meat for dinner too. We both love broccoli and salmon. Low carb and healthy foods.
