Murter, Croatia is pretty close to paradise on Earth.
Over the holidays, I visited a friend who lives near Vodice, Croatia. During the week with him, he showed me around his home turf, including a small town called Murter. As we were riding alongside this landscape before arriving, I asked him to stop the car so I could catch this view.
I love the hard working atmosphere of Germany in my currrent young age, but these places always come to mind when I consider my future retirement. Food grows on every tree, the sun is always shining, and there is nothing to do but relax and swim. It's as close as one can get to paradise on Earth.
