The Cayman Islands is a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean. Some of the island's hallmarks are the beaches and the coral reefs. The Cayman Islands are still considered a tax haven among the elite and large multinational corporations because there is no corporate or income tax on money earned outside of the its territory.

We always hear about the rich people opening an account in the Cayman Islands. That it's a beautiful island with lots of gorgeous women and rich people. Well, only a part of it is true. A part of the island isn't as beautiful as one might think; but it's not horrible either. It's somewhat middle class, as a lot of tourists visit this part of the island. Therefore there are a lot of shops, restaurants, and nice long beaches with fancy hotels. The seven mile beach extends along the western coast, which is where you most likely will be; George Town. Before you do visit one of these beaches, make sure you do your research, as they all vary in quality.

There are a lot of great activities one can do in the Cayman Islands, and I'm not only talking about the seven mile beach. Stingray City is by far one of the coolest experiences I had on that island. You travel there by boat, and once you get there, you can wade and swim in the shallow water as the free-roaming stingrays float through the water. You can will have a really good time and learn a lot about their environment and the history of the sandbar. Otherwise you could go snorkel at the Barrier Reef or Coral Gardens, snorkel at the Kittiwake Shipwreck, get drunk at the Cayman Islands Rum Distillery, a Submarine Tour, or even check out the Turtle Farm. The Cayman Islands are filled with great activities and relaxing resorts, beautiful places, and great people. They offer something for everyone!
