City of Kandy

Kandy is a main city in island nation Sri Lanka and located in the Central province. The city is a world renowned because Temple of Tooth is found there.

In the middle of the city lies the most attracted "Kandy Lake", which was built during the era of Kings. Next to the lake, you can see the Temple of the Tooth, which houses the Budddha's tooth relic.

After all these old structures we can found a newly created and modern building, called "Kandy City Centre". It is the only modern shopping mall can be seen in Kandy city and attracts more people daily due to its location.

In the middle of the city lies another great structure which is also built during the Old times known as "Kandy Clock Tower", this is place where most people meet when they are not known where they are.

This city is a very popular city among locals and foreigners due to its variety of great sites which can be seen around it. To mention few places are;
