Food for The Soul!
This hearty meal is called batchoy. This is local take for Japan's ramen, Viet's Pho, Chinese's wanton, etc.. Noodles in pork stock seasoned to goodness garnished with egg(fresh or boiled), liver and chicharon (pork rinds) . Must try 😊!
I don't get the bread and the liver.. but besides that it's a really tasty local dish, and it's definitely worth trying for anyone visiting the Philippines who wonders what Filipino cuisine is about.
