About Bibimbap (비빔밥)
Today's post is about Bibimbap.
Bibimbap means Korean Mixed Rice and it is one of famous Korean foods.
It is normally served in a metal pot and the pot consists of rice on the bottom, some different kinds of vegetables, an egg and sesame seeds on top.
Main sauce of Bibimbap is Gochujang which is chili paste.
There are different sauce like soy sauce and soybean paste, too.
Therefore it is important to check which sauce based before getting into a restaurant.
Mix all the ingredients in the pot and enjoy mixed fantastic tastes. :)
