Looks really cool! I'v always wanted to go to California. I might have a chance next year when I go visit some friends, if they live near there i'll try to stop by.
I'm pretty curious though why you still chose the waffles and ice cream after reading the reviews? I'm glad it was good though, no one wants bad waffles and ice cream haha.
The one review said they were store bought and they had twelve waffle irons. I read other reviews after I went and they were different, but I was just a random thing really.
Atlas Obscura is the best travel guide to the area imho. That and Airbnbs neighborhoods page.
