Untouched Beauty . My Home City Beach (Chumphon)
Chumphon is a southern province in Thailand. It is my home city where I was born. Of course Beauty is everywhere around my country as all tourists know. However, each city has a special taste of beauty. tourists usually flock to some famous touristy cities e.g. Phuket, krabi, Pattaya, bangkok, and some went further north to Chang Mai with its terrfic mountains , or Hua Hin riding horses along its extended beach.
However, not much talk about my beautiful city, Chumphon. Perhaps some of you knew about it, but sure it is still a hidden Gem for so many others.
This post is not intended to be a wiki-travel like one. It is just a hint to shed light on a true hidden gem for treasury explorers. A Still untouched beauty ! not many tourists .. you feel like you own the world when you are there alone , or better if you are together with whom you love -:)
Of course it is my home city which I am proud of -:)

I love Thailand so much ... I knew about Chumphon and had the previllage to visit and stay there for a few days , almost about 2 years ago. Thanks for reminding me about that beautiful time , and thanks for bringing it to the attention of our dear steemians

I have also visited other cities in thailand
Of course bkk Bangkok
Hua Hin city : is amazing .. calm .. wonderful beaches .. but all 5-Star hotels buildings block the way to the beach ..
Charming streets and alleys
You walking among restaurants and coffee shops .. where everyone is very specially designed
Really I felt I was walking inside a fairy tale story book esp at night
Pattaya .. I liked the night life there .. it’s crazy lol never seen before ... but the beach is not so good .. rocky beach and not clean
So you have to walk through different streets and routs to reach the beach .. which was not pleasant
Phucket city : of course on very top ... so many things to do and see .. can keep you busy 24/7 if you are able too
Beaches .. night life.. trips to many wounderful neighbouring islands .. theaters .. gigantic shows ..cabarets .. more and more ... endless
Phi phi island is the most picket neighbouring island enjoyed the most .. beach party island that never sleeps .. you can sleep on beach at night .... so many do lol
Krabi: very good .. not much to do at night except
A night life small area .. and walking by the rocky beach ... but has amazing islands nearby ...
Hong island ..most enjoyed Iland to spend a day there
Chang Mai and Rayong on my wish list to visit next time
Koh Samui : a good island also ( very big ) ... nice beaches
I must mention koh Tao & koh lanta as well

I am thinking between two cities
Either phucket or Hua Hin
I visited both before but for short visits each.. about 5 days
But there is a big difference to shortly visit a city and planing to settle for as long as six months
For example staying in a hotel in a famous tourist area vs. renting an affordable Apt. Near big markets
I still have a lot of time before November to think , compare and decide
So no hurry I think 🤔
Picket is more lively and easy to reach through its international airport
Hua Hin is more affordable to live , calmer, but it’s airport is local
Not international airport in Hua Hin I think, so it’s more expensive flights and not convenient for in and out of thailand
Especially I have to go out and in to thailand every 2 months as a visa run
So, I am really not sure what to choose this time
I mean not easy to decide which city should I settle this coming visit
Do you have any idea to help me while I am thinking about that?
Tell me what do you think? Which city you might suggest for me? I am open to to new ideas and can go to a total different city

And make real friendship With thai people Who are really comfortable using English

I ve never been to Northeren cities so I have no idea about them

I heard and saw some very successful stories that some people managed to make street food brands
Like grilled chicken brand is called “5 Star”
And some other noodle 🍜 brands , but cannot remember their names
Such smart people managed to make a brand, then many others just go to them , get the fixtures and the food , then sell for them under their brand names
You can say brand maker works just to cater and manage other kiosks which under their brand
In addition to catering, they are of course working to promote their brands through marketing strategy
