Never stop pushing

I love this photo. This was taken earlier this month after racing for over 20 hours in the Arctic and here, in the middle of a mountain range having just crossed a glacier - I am broken, but still pushing.

As time goes on nostalgia kicks in and starts to soften the tough times in your memory. This photo reminds me of the mental and physical limits we pushed out in those mountains, and just how proud I am of our team for giving everything we had out there.

I have been taking on challenges to support small charities around the world now for nearly 2 years, and in my journey I have learned many things. One of the most important lessons so far is that incredible experiences don't always include a smile!

The more you push yourself, the more you will surprise yourself :)
