Sim Card for tourists in Thailand.

Hello everybody,

I tried the sim card offered by True Move. You can find them at the airport (or in any shop around Thailand) when you arrive they are right on your path, just before the main way out of the terminal. They have some signs along the way with the gate number where you can find them. I didn't know them but I decided to try them because they were the only one present and I needed a sim right away.

It turned out to be the best one I had so far.Better than the one I had last time I was here. They put everything for you and give you your phone ready to use. They offered different tariffs and the prices are great.

Being in Thailand for 2 months, I took the offer for one month being the longest one TrueMove was offering. It cost me 1200 bath (approx. £27.30/$36.10) : I got 12 GB of internet (for 30 days), local communication and free Wifi. I thought they made a mistake because for me wifi is usually free whatsoever, in fact free wifi meaning access to a wifi web anywhere in Thailand. For that, you just have to dial a number to request a code (see booklet)

tips: buy it online you will have reduced prices and some bonuses. If you can't, no worries , you can still buy it at the airport , at any designated shops (7eleven/Tesco Lotus/Fresh Mart or Family Mart) or True move stores when you are in Thailand .
I bought one (from July 2017) for 30 days and I can use it until October 2017.

Aujourd'hui, je vais parler de la carte SIM que j'ai acheté par hasard et qui s'est révélée être une superbe affaire. lors de mon dernier voyage(2015) j'ai acheté une carte SIM dans un magasin à Bangkok. Je pensais que les prix qu'on proposait à l'aéroport étaient des attrape touristes (comme je l'ai découvert certains le sont mais pas tous). Mais cette fois ci, ben j'ai tenté le coup car j'avais besoin d'une carte SIM dès mon arrivée. Donc je suis allée au kiosque de True Move, après avoir fait le tour et constater qu'il était les seuls fournisseurs téléphonique dans le terminale d'arrivé.
C'est une décision qui s'est révélée être superbe.

Je suis ici pour 2 mois donc j'ai pris une carte SIM pour 1 mois, étant la plus longue offre de True Move . J'ai payé 1200 bath (€ 30.45) pour 12G d'internet , communication locale et wifi gratuite. Cette offre la n'est pas disponible sur leur site internet.
Par "free Wifi" il vous donne accès à leur réseaux n'importe où en Thailande. Il suffit juste de contacter un numéro (voir livret d'information) pour obtenir un code.
