Hello Steemit! We are students from Russia. We decided to make a trip to Europe specifically for Steemit. We will travel only on the money received from our articles on Steemit to show that you can drive around the whole of Europe leading blog on Steemit. We will travel together - me, my brother Pavel and our friend Egor. And in the cities where we will stay, we will write reports, keep this blog, as well as to meet with friends or members of the Steemit community. This trip we decided to celebrate graduation. And in the fall we rent examinations to magistracy.

My name Andrey. I am an engineer in information security, an enthusiast for cryptocurrency. Also I am an active member of the Russian Steemit community, I am the author of several articles on the translation of  Steemit documents into Russian.

My brother Pavel @denri - historian, beginning analysts and investors on the Russian stock market. Our friend Egor @deeqi is studying at the Electrotechnical University, St. Petersburg, and has been trading on the american stock market.

The first article we decided to write about St. Petersburg because it is our home town. We could not start shooting because Petersburg is known for its rainy weather, but on Sunday we were lucky and we were able to make some good photos. The city had many visitors from different countries who were waiting for a good weather all last week.

St. Petersburg is one of Russia's largest cities, was founded in 1703 by the great Russian emperor Peter I. The city was the capital of the Russian Empire until 1918. A distinctive feature of the city is its architecture, represented by the various European styles. That is to take a walk through the streets, millions of tourists visit the North Palmyra. Over the last 3 centuries in the city of three revolutions happened, he survived the siege and brought a lot of famous artists.

We started our stroll in the center of the city of Kazan Cathedral.

Then we went to the Savior on Spilled Blood, built on the site of the murder of the Russian Emperor.

Gone in the Summer Garden, and held at the Champ de Mars. From there we went to the Palace Square. The most famous square of

Saint Petersburg. Then we climbed the cathedral Isakovsky that would make a shot from a bird's flight. The long spiral staircase leads to the top of the overpass on the tower. On top of the amazing views of the city.

Descending from the observation deck, we went to the Bronze Horseman. This is a monument to Peter the Great the founder of the city. Not far from the monument, we took some photos resting on the lawn.

Also our friend Alina @alinaaa made a sketch for us. She graduated from the Academy of Art and photography courses. She helped us with photos.

Then we went across the bridge to Vasilyevsky island, look at the Sphinx and the Spit of Vasilyevsky Island.

Along the way we met an old rocker, who suddenly found himself aware of the history of the city.

We ended our trip on Strelka Vasilyevskogo ostrova.

It was a busy day and we managed to see almost half of the best places of St. Peterburg. This map of our trip.

With pictures we helped our friend Alina. She graduated from the Academy of Art and fotogrofii courses. Special and for us she drew a sketch of the Bronze Horseman as we rested near him.

P.S. On the day of our shoot an article about Steemit in the popular Russian Internet TJ magazine. Several people even came up to us on the street and asked about Steemit.

If you liked the article, vote for it, have requests or questions please write them in the comments. I'll see you in a new blog post on Moscow.
