Lake Eyre
It's a closed ecosystem. In the dry season, Lake Eyre is more reminiscent of a snowy desert, the water remains only in small ponds. The harsh climate and lack of moisture are the main reasons of absence of animals, birds, insects here and desert envelops ringing silence. When the reservoir is filled, the salt slowly dissolves, and its content in the water is increasing. Until the water more or less fresh, there are fish, but gradually it all dies. Sunderbani has amazing landscape, I never knew Bangladesh has such beautiful place
Sad to see this, maybe humans have accelerated the process but it is the cycle of the earth. I live on a little island in the Mediterranean and we are not that far off to be submerged. luckily I have a lilo!
Man action on wildlife and nature needs to really be controlled and reduced to the minimum, we can't afford to lose all these wonderful places
What should people protect these places?
Widely used term "Global warming" is not very precise, it should be "Climate change" since when you say "global warming" people tend to think that it is a good thing and now all places will be warm and lovely... when it actually means severe changes in weather conditions with disastrous consequences.
