For me it would either be Ireland or Italy. We got to spend an amazing week in Paris last summer, and went to Cancun year before that. @markrmorrisjr

If you get the chance, Xel Ha is well worth the visit. It's near Tulum just outside Cancun, a beautiful natural water park, all inclusive, with buffets and adult beverages included. It was probably our favorite part. We stayed in an exclusive resort in Playa Del Carmen. Also, Isla De Mujeres was beautiful, especially the old town and market.
