Da ballerina e amante della musica classica, per me visitare il teatro La Scala e assistere ad un balletto è stata una grande emozione. Era una cosa che desideravo da un po' e l'occasione si è presentata quando tra le gite che avrebbe organizzato la mia scuola ne trovai una che prevedeva una serata alla Scala e la visita di Milano, Torino e Valle d'Aosta.
Siamo partiti il 3 gennaio 2018 in treno ed il viaggio è stato abbastanza lungo.
Arrivati a Milano abbiamo dovuto camminare un po' per raggiungere il pullman che ci avrebbe accompagnato al nostro hotel: questo distava più di un ora in autobus dal centro di Milano.
Finalmente in hotel abbiamo avuto pochissimo tempo per posare i nostri bagagli e prepararci per assistere allo spettacolo alla Scala, ma prima avremmo visitato il centro di Milano e cenato in un bistrot.
Ricordo bene quanto facesse freddo, infatti fui molto contenta di aver scelto di indossare per la serata un completo (giacca e pantalone) e non un vestitino, come avevano fatto le altre ragazze che il giorno dopo si sono ritrovate con un brutto raffreddore e qualcuna anche con la febbre.
Dopo una lunghissima e molto stancante, dal punto di vista della camminata, visita guidata ed aver cenato, finalmente arriva il momento di recarsi a teatro.
Da fuori il teatro sembra abbastanza piccolo, ma una volta dentro ci si rende conto della sua magnificenza: nonostante il mio posto fosse quello che in origine era riservato alle persone relativamente "povere" mi sono sentita come una principessa.
Il balletto in scena era "Lo Schiaccianoci" ed è stato fantastico. Ho avuto l'opportunità di assistere alla performance della prima ballerina della Scala nel ruolo principale, e a fine spettacolo mi sono anche emozionata.
É stata un'esperienza che sicuramente porterò nel cuore.
Ero seduta al piano più alto! / my sit was on the highest floor!
As a dancer and a classical music lover, visiting La Scala theater and being present at a ballet performance was a very huge emotion. It was something i've been thinking about from a while and i got this possibility when my school organized a trip which included one evening at La Scala and visiting Milan, Turin and Valle d'Aosta.
We landed the 3 of January by train and the journey was very long. As soon as we arrived in Milan we had to walk to reach our bus which took us to our hotel. The hotel was more than an hour distant by bus from the centre of the city.
When we finally reached the hotel we had to tidy our stuff and get ready for the theater, but first we would visit the centre of Milan and then we had dinner.
I remember well how it was cold, in fact i was very happy that i choose a suit instead of a dress, as the other girls did and caught a cold the very next day.
After a really long guided tour and dinner, it's finally the moment of going at the theater.
From the outside the theater looks quite small, but once in i realized how huge and magnificent it was: despite I was sitting in a sit that originally was for the "poor people", I felt like a princess.
The ballet was "the nutcracker" and it was fantastic. I had the opportunity of seeing the main dancer of the theater in the main role and at the end of the performance I got emotional.
It was an experience that I will surely keep in my heart.
