Cape Town Spotlight: Stellenbosch Brewing Company..

A craft brewery like no other, started by Andrew Birss (The Business Brains behind the operation) and certified brewer Bruce Collins!

Focusing on what they call "New World Brews", the flavors that come out of this brewery are forward thinking while still sticking to the traditions of old school beers. The brews include a pale ale, lager, Weiss and the South African fav, Stout.

The beers all scream South African flavor so think beautiful days in the sun, wine farms, rolling hills and sea breezes.

Stellies Beer, as Stellenbosch Brewing Co. is also known, is top notch quality brew house, with a keen eye on design and branding. I love their taps and mobile bars at festivals are to die for!

Established in 2013, in 2015 the Stellenbosch Brewing Co. moved to the permanent venue on the picturesque farm of Klein Joostenberg. The venue is amazing and offers the perfect spot to hike, dive into the wine farms, picnic in stellies or party hard with the locals!
