Actually, the south island of New Zealand is similar to Alaska. Both have glaciers, snow mountains, Fjords, forests, lakes, beautiful wildflowers, and earthquake. The differences are, New Zealand has rainforests; on the other hand, Alaska has better glaciers and lots of large mammals.
