50's cars in Havana

As you might have guessed by now, we were in Cuba not long go. After a week at an all-inclusive in Mexico, arriving and experiencing Cuba was just so full of impressions that we feel a need to sare with the world. Therefore, here are a few more pics from some of the 50's ca you see driving around everywhere. Lots of more modern cars exists as well, but the old ones are clearly more photogenic than Renaults from the 80’s and contribute to a positive feedback loop that perpetuates this image of Cuba. What’s common is that all cars are in a state of repair and mods to keep them running without access to original parts – something I find just as charming and unique as the cars themselves.
