My Getaways #1- sunset at lower Himalayas

Me and my family love traveling, from cold towering mountains to thrilling dangerous safaris, my motto is "see 'em all".
Since I started going College last year, the schedule has been preety busy, assignments, projects, tests, seminars, workshops, events, tech expos surely doesn't make life easier.

But I guess it only makes the traveling and vacations more valuable and only makes you more aware about enjoying every moment that you can.
The following are the pics from my recent visit to the lower Himalayas.

For a kid who has been in western and southern India all his life, "winter" is just a theoretical term. For somebody who isn't even aware of the feeling that one experiences when cold breeze, breezes pass your skin, it was pretty difficult to adapt as the mercury continues to drop further.

Even when the sun was bright and on its "peak" it never provided much of relief, but the very presence of it was self assuring 😅
Whilst I enjoyed the scenic view it created bidding us farewell for the day, the setting in of cold to every parts of my body made it a rather bittersweet experience.

Although I had little trouble with the sudden climatic changes, the beauty, the serenity, of the surrounding made it worth.
The fresh air against my skin, the aroma the evening breeze carried with it, the soothing effect the greenery created, everything was so in sync, made me forget about everything.

Hoping to go a little further in the mighty Himalayas next month.
