It's really not easy to breathe in Tibet😂
I've always wanted to visit Tibet, and finally I went there in last August.I had a week's vacation,it was too short, so I chosed to take the plane go directly to Lhasa.
When I arrived, I didn't feel any physical abnormalities. I felt very lucky that there was no altitude sickness. Then the third day at four in the morning I went to Namtso, the journey takes about 4.5 hours, this journey was really really suffering...... we have to drive over the Nagenla-Mountain near 5200 meters above sea level.
Two hours after I left Lasah, a strong feeling of weightlessness, weakness, headache, and lips slightly purple😣When I caught this picture,I was totally in the state of dizziness, limb weakness! And the oxygen inhaler didn't help anything...
Anyway the view is really splendidly!
🤣
Looks like an incredible trip! Would love to go there
It was really incredible😂
