Enchantment of Mamberamo River in Papua
Papua is a unique city that has a long history. Formerly called Irian Jaya only. However, Papua will not escape from its wealth of the river named Mamberamo which functions on the back of Papua itself.
The Mamberamo River has a meaning based on Dani Papua tribe, they mean it as a big air. "Mambe" which means big, and "ramo" is meant air.
Based on research conducted by these researchers, this Mamberamo region is a haven for imuetahuan. It is therefore obvious that the Mamberamo River is very deep.
In addition, the Mamberamo River became the entry point of the inland heart of Papua. By using a homemade boat made of wood or in can from other people. We can walk along this river and connect with people who have built their own villages and farming.
