Weekend trip in a Lake close to Huntsville Canada

Hi, Dear Stemmit community,

Today I would talk to another excursion outside of Toronto this time with friends living in Canada, the land full of lakes you know and exactly one lake was our destination.

In June a friend of mine organized a one day trip in the north-west part of Ontario. We rent a nine-bedded cottage for one night closeby a lake situated not far from a town Huntsville. Three and a half driving from the downtown of Toronto.
close to Algonquin Park. I went in one of the cars in the late morning bought food and drinks in the supermarket and later had gone to Huntsville the closest town to the cottage we rent. On the way the weather was cloudy when we had arrived at our destination luckily the clouds mostly have gone away.

Even if it was June I required to dress a jumper during the day and a coat from the late afternoon. But it did not matter food, drink, music, lake nature and surrounded by interesting and funny people from the different origin the “recipe” to spend a stunning weekend. The cottage is surrounded by another cottage with other people inside there spend the night and chill out close the bank of the lake they probably were local people spend a night like us. Set the fire we kept the night warmer no restriction about the time just the day after we had to move our belonging outside the cottage due to the checkout.
The following day in the morning we spend our time paddling with the kayak and canoes around the lake.

It was a long time since last time I paddle in a canoe or in a kayak I was definitely happy to discover other sides of the lake and enjoy the weather sometimes a bit windy but it did not matter.

I do not have extra words to express how was one of the most beautiful weekends I spend in Canada during my stay of six months. I have already expressed a massive thank you directly to all organized and who participated.

And of course a massive thank you for your attention

Best Regards
