Thanks for the roundup! One of these days I will finally make it to Europe, so it's nice to know which places may be good to add to the list. :)
There are still some places that are heavily dominated by animal eating - Portugal being one, for sure. I may even go on a little vegan tour one of these days too. I followed you btw :)
