MAD PEAK
According to me it is necessary to be mad while traveling ,
mad side of our must be visible to the world ,
as being mad give rush to our adrenal and them adrenal plays the role .
During my trek to roop kund as I was handling the responsibility and arrangement of 16 people so it was sometimes hard for me to feel energetic .So at that time my adrenal rush work alot that comes through my Madness's
So being mad act as my motivation.
