Egypt!!! Part III

After 6 days navigating the Nile, we arrived in Assuan! wow it was sooo hot! but Assuan for me meant at the beginning only one thing: Abu Simbel!

Luego de 6 dias navegando por el Nilo, llegamos a Assuan! wow y hacia muchisimo calor, pero Assuan para mi significaba al principio una sola cosa: Abu Simbel!!

However, once there I discovered that there was much more of Assuan, his history and above all ,his people. In Assuan I was able to get in touch with the culture, the medina, the spice markets and the obligatory carriage ride, which was very interesting, our coachman and his horse Monika showed us all the corners of the ancient settlements on which the current city stands.

Sin embargo una vez alli descubri que habia mucho mas de Assuan, su historia y sobre todo su gente. En Assuan pude entrar mas en contacto con la cultura, conocer la medina, los mercados de especias y el obligatorio paseo en carruaje, que aunque hacia bastante calor fue super interesante, nuestro cochero y su caballo Monika nos mostraron todos los rincones de los asentamientos antiguos sobre los que se erige la ciudad actual.

Something that caught my attention from the beginning in Assuan were: the means of transport!

Algo que que capto mi atencion desde el comienzo en Assuan fueron : los medios de transporte!
