RE: Is it safe to travel through Sri Lanka alone as a woman?
I’m in Sri Lanka now! Amazing country and so true what you say about the people. Any tips what to see/do (besides the usual?)

Cool! Hope you're having a good time. Where in Sri Lanka are you at the moment? I really wanted to see the tea plantages, but got sick while i was there. They should be great, but are probably the usual haha. also climbing Adam's peak was quite the experience. I also like going to Anuradhapura and bike around for a day to see all the temples. I guess they're all 'the usual' haha but these where the things i really liked :)
Enjoy!
Ahh nice. We just visited tea plantages in Haputale. They are really nice! From there we took the train to Ella, where we are now. Hiked to the Nine Arch bridge this morning and planning on doing Little Adams Peak tomorrow. Thanks for the tips. We are just going to check out if Adams Peak is still an option since we’re hearing different stories from people. Might be closed or without lights due to the low season some say and others just hiked it this week (but it was holiday till Tuesday or so, so it’s hard to tell). We’re just going to check it out I guess.
Cool! i missed the nine arch bridge when i was in ella haha. But Little Adam's peak is nice as well! ( and doesn't give you pain in your legs for three days ;-)) Let me know if you did climb Adam's Peak. I'm curious about your experience! But indeed, do look out for holidays etc because i heared stories from people that couldn't reach the top because it was that busy.
Enjoy the rest of your time there!
