RE: Similarities and Differences Between Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

in #travel7 years ago

Hey @freebornangel, thanks for commenting! We don't have any plans for that yet, but we are basically making our entire trip based on recommendations. We're in San Blas for two more days then we're heading to Guadalajara, Lake Chapala, Guanajuato, and probably San Miguel de Allende after that.

Sort:

Guanajuato was nice, lots of tunnels and houses carved from the hills.
Look out in the cibers, though.
I caught a terrible virus that screwed up my devices pretty good.
Just after i plugged my usb into the computer i met a couple russian fellas, funny that.
It wasnt until i noticed that my files were tampered with that i noticed the warning on the sign above the computers,...
That usb got stolen in acapulco.
I do love that instant karma.
So, at least i got that satisfaction out of the deal.

Well, if you make it over this way let me know and i will come down to the highway so we can say we met each other.

Im near alamo, vc.

Thanks for the heads up! Are you saying you were using a public computer and got a virus from plugging your USB into it? Or did this happen over WIFI? Might not have understood the first part of that.

We'll definitely keep you posted on our travels if we end up coming that way! That would be pretty cool, we always love meeting fellow Steemians.

Wonderful, i hope you make it over here.

Yes, in Guanajuato i plugged in, in Acuña i got it over wifi, that one wiped out windows media player and i watched the changes as they happened.
All this was in '12, so maybe the virus protection is better now.
