Koh Nang Kam Grand Canyon, an impressive formations of rocks, in Phatthalung province, in the South of Thailand

These unusual formations of rocks are very impressive and can attract people to visit this place, Koh Nang Kam Grand Canyon, again and again…

These formations of rocks look like a grand canyon, so we call this place Koh Nang Kam Grand Canyon. (Koh means island (it’s not exactly island in this case), Nang Kam is the name of the place.)

The reason for the formation of this rock that resembles the Grand Canyon is that this area used to be an old soil mine. When the soil was dug continuously until all the soil was gone, the area left only the high rocks with distinctive and awesome shapes similar to the Grand Canyon.

These amazing formations of rocks have unusually beautiful shapes and are really impressive.

I can say that Koh Nang Kham Grand Canyon is one of the outstanding landmarks in Phatthalung that should not be missed.
