Thailand: The Best Of Phi Phi Island
P - H - I . P - H - I . I - S - L - A - N - D
Out of all the places and islands we went to (will be mentioning Phuket in my future posts) Phi Phi island was unquestionably that best island.
(Stunning isn't it?)
(That moment when you are lazy to move your legs - Solution = The George Life Vest Support)
Why?
Besides from the laid-back environment and people enjoying the beach and the pool with music constantly playing from every direction…there is also this:
- Monkey beach
As it was named the “Monkey beach”.. of course it’s going to be a beach full of monkeys and tourist.
(Looks like someone made a new friend :) )
- Moo Dee beach
The sea surrounding Moo Dee Beach was one of the best snorkelling spots to went to with so many fishes swimming literally everywhere as you can see in the picture below.
- Bamboo Island
- Shark point
- Pileh Lagoon & Maya Bay
On the way into Pileh Lagoon and May Bay, since the boats were not allowed in during the monsoon season and the rough waters..we had to climb our way in and out.
And it was so worth it… Maya Bay was so unbelievably beautiful and is one of my favorite place out of all the places we went to. Unfortunately, my GoPro was not able to capture many decent images..mainly because we had forgotten to clean it before heading out that morning.
The way in was not too difficult but.. on the way out..it reminded me of movie scenes where there are huge waves (exclude the storm) trying to drown the main characters. We literally had to dodge rocks in the water while trying to swim as fast as we can to our boat.
For more details on each places feel free to check out my boyfriend’s post:
