My travels in Bohol

in #travel7 years ago

It's really good to be always back in Bohol. Even though it is my hometown, I've never been to most of the places as I only stayed there for 3 years and that was when I was still a kid.

I try to visit at least once a year and I always planned my visit on the date of our Barrio's Fiesta. Because that's the time when friends and relatives from other places will go there to have free foods and drinks, and to see and/or join the events that the Barrio arrange for those days.

Another reason is that of the food. Households have enough food for their visitors for two days; the day before the fiesta (Bisperas) and the day of the fiesta itself. Sometimes there are even leftovers for the third day. Now, I don't have to worry about my food expenses. 😜

Here are some pictures of tourist spots I'd been to while I was there.

SEA OF CLOUDS - It was a difficult road going to that place from our Barrio but it was worth it.

Hinagdanan Cave - Love the water, not so salty and not so cold as well.

I have some videos from my adventures in Bohol as well but I need to edit them. I don't know how to edit though, but the main dilemma is the software. If you know any free video editing software that's not so difficult to use, I would love to see your responses below.

And for that, here's a carabao in a muddy puddle.
