'A Kind Man and Some of the Law'

crta.png

A guy with dogs comes along. All this is, after all, a private property. But, our laws are not as strict as, say, USA laws. Nobody can shoot anyone for trespassing in this country. You cannot even shoot a guy who walks into your house at night unless he is packing and shoots first. If you shoot a guy holding a knife who was just about to slaughter your family, it can easily be labelled as 'excessive defence' and you're the one on trial for manslaughter. Yeah, I wonder who would hesitate in that situation. Trial it is. All this applies if you even have a registered weapon.

We seem to be pretty unprotected but then again, acquiring a weapon is not a cakewalk for the bad guys, either. It takes a serious procedure for anyone to get one. We prefer having it this way than having deranged kids shooting children in public schools. And no revolutions overthrowing shitty governments aren't happening anyway. People are too conformed to do anything about anything except opening their mouths like fish gasping for water. If "free elections" were to change anything, they would be illegal. People seem not to understand that politics are nothing but a theatre show for the masses. Anyway, the guy doesn't mind me being around, at all. He approaches with a smile.

In a friendly conversation, I find out that Pero is working here for years, taking care of this large fish pools where the trout are grown and doing a variety of other maintenance tasks. He also shows impressive knowledge about motorcycles and likes them a lot.

I tell him what I do and he listens with interest. The guy is really friendly. I like his dogs that sniff around with great interest. Then, he shows a direction where I need to go if I want a fresh trout and a cup of coffee. I'm saved. There is so much real treasure hidden in the rewarding feeling of being friendly with people.

Before I do that, I cannot resist walking up to one of the fish ponds and leaving a mark in the frost. Just in case, I wrote Steemit because I meant Steemit, the first steem frontend, not the cryptocurrency if someone was about to complain about my ignorance. ;-)

Enjoy your day!

Hooo boy. I'm so glad you didn't have to shoot the guy or his dogs. Seems to me, most people respond in the manner they are treated. I've been caught camping on private property more than once. A big smile and a clean camp site along with a sincere explanation go a long way. I haven't been shot yet...

"And no revolutions overthrowing shitty governments aren't happening anyway. People are too conformed to do anything about anything except opening their mouths like fish gasping for water. If "free elections" were to change anything, they would be illegal. "

That is so discouragingly accurate that it hurts my heart.

Thanks for another terrific post.

thank you, my friend! :)
We think quite alike!
Wish people were more aware but then again, they don't decide on anything, anyway...

Politics is a show drama, where every issue in a media coverage is divided for the sake of rating, as opposed to, we will never know how reality and how backstage there, not part of the performing arts that have aesthetic, political not far different from telenovela drama or soap operas with multiple layers of episodes, the election is not far away with the example of a click on the media show who is good at acting and acting in the media and performances have a high rating in the media he must be a star broadcast without media, others are not caught media and cameras. PoLitik is only a piece of theatrics in a screen where every episode can intrigue his followers.

There are people and there is a person - to me, "people" are humans around you and "person" those who encourages you. Going through this your post gave me a kind of courage, comfort, and motivation, without thinking more, you are a Person. Keep it up man.

Oh man, this is too kind. Thank you!

Hi @velimir
You're talking about the fact that you can not shoot a man. Very soon, I'll show you how they shoot us here.

I liked this place. The house on the hill looks very beautiful. I will repeat, but I believe that there is very clean and light air. Such a beautiful place away from the hills. I like to dream of living in such quiet places.

I wrote Steemit because I meant Steemit, the first steem frontend, not the cryptocurrency if someone was about to complain about my ignorance. ;-)

I've never seen people complain about your ignorance. I saw people who envy your earnings. But this is stupid. There is also a category of people who show "imaginary affection". But this is a different matter.

Have a nice day

hahaha damn, you are a funny one today ;D

I do not think so

I know how you feel regarding the guns... in portugal it's also hard for ppl to defend themsleves, even cops sometimes go to jail because they shoot the bad guy to defend society,

in my opinion we should b allowed to defend our homes, we shouldn't be allowed to carry a gun outside our home, and cops should be allowed to shot the bad guys...

the bad guys can get guns easily over here, i once was approached by a man at 3 am trying to sell me guns, i had no idea what the hell was going on, even though i didn't want one i asked for the prices and everything, i don't exactly remember the price but i remember they were not that expensive... i think it was around 200 bucks for a pistol

How well you have twisted the story of the approaching man with a dog. I thought of a fight. But good to know that the man is friendly and wish you get some trout and coffee, seriously it might be freaking cold out there.

When originality meets with passion and commitment, the result is a person i would humbly follow. I recognize the hardwork put into this.

Keep your hands to this! @velimir

Thank you!
