Nha Trang Vietnam

This place is a new tourist attraction spot which I have not heard off before. It is a coastal town and NHA Trang Bay has also been known as one of the world’s most beautiful bays. I tried to look at Google streetview from Google Earth but it seems that it has not been mapped out for streetview. It was hot during end of July 2018 when I travelled to there with a group of people. We went to Hon Tre Island where we stayed at the hotel there under Vinpearl Group. Before we arrived there, we had a very good view of the island from the flight. It was splendid with clear sky, clear blue water and I had a good view of the whole island. I was excited to see it from the window seat view from the flight that I was in.

When we reached the hotel through the jetty that we took, we were amazed with the security at the jetty. There is security card that is required to be used to access to the island from the jetty to go around the island and we had also included in our package for the use at the amusement park.

The main land has plenty of seafood restaurants along the roads besides other food stalls, bistro, pubs, cafes, and so on. It does looks like Phuket town area that I had been but it is much more wider in terms of road lanes. There are still many areas under constructions as it is still being developed. The tour guide told us that there are many under constructions to build many hotels, resorts and spa around the coastal areas from airport towards the town areas. Indeed it is when I look around from the bus that I was in all the way from airport to the town area before we took the jetty off to the island to reach our hotel.
Our hotel room is very nice, clean and cozy but we got the room facing the mountain.

We went for the city tour and visited few historical sites. We went to Nha Trang Cathedral called Chanh Toa Church (or Mountain Church).

We also visited the Po Nagar Towers at Nha Trang which is a Hindu Temple.

The site is a wonder to see as it was just situated very nearby town area. Another view from the temple looking out at the city area.

Vinpearl Land is an amusement park at Hon Tre Island is a bit like Disneyland which have few segments. We went for whole day at the theme park and just enjoy the sight-seeing and shows there. There are also some food stalls and restaurants in the theme park for visitors to have their meals while strolling or enjoying the parks. We went to Ocean Square where we see the aquarium with many types of fishes and some animals in there. We also went to the Dolphin show and Mermaid Show that is in 4D Cinema. We also enjoyed the Bird World where there are many types of birds in the big cage which a bit resembled like Singapore’s Marina Bay areas. There are also Blooming Hill which have many flora domes and gardens for viewing. We had a chance to go up the Sky Wheel to enjoy the bigger view of the amusement park and surrounding the island and mainland. The spots are nice for kids or adults to enjoy the park however it is best to equipped with folded umbrella or hats and applied with sunscreen due to hot weather or sudden small drizzle.

There are also some small boutique or stalls that sell souvenirs if you want to buy things as a gift or as memento for your own or friends or love ones.
We had enjoyed the cable car and also seafood dishes on our last day tour of Nha Trang before we depart back to our country.
