Ocean park adventure: Hong Kong part 1
Day 4 of our 5 day vacation in Hong Kong is another promising and exciting day.
We are bound to go to Ocean Park. We arrived around 9 am and began our tour with some photos. :)
Then we went into the fish sanctuary section and these beautiful fishes are all so interesting. Even the other creatures there.
And these King crabs. Woah. Huge.
Then we are off to see some pandas. I've always wanted to see one n person and this is the nearest I can get.. for now. I see them as very cute and cuddly bears and they look so adorable while munching on that piece of bamboo. :)
This one is a red panda.
Then there are turtles and otters as well.
They also have an internal train and cable car to navigate through the atractions. It may be bigger than Disney Land.
This is the inside of the train.
Going around the place entails a lot of walking. Also some employees in costume roams around in these colorful fancy cosplay. :)
I also went to the shark expo alone since we separated and agreed to meet at a certain time since we would like to go to different attractions.
These sharks looks so calm swimming around but one really scared me for a moment when this great white shark came towards me with all teeth showing.
I really enjoyed looking at these creatures up-close (with a thick glass in between of course). They are just so beautiful yet dangerous.
Next up will be more about Ocean park. Clue, some dolphins up ahead. Will create another blog for the other half of this day. :) Thanks for dropping by.
