Exploring the Yorkshire East Coast Day 4: Scarborough

in #travelfeed5 years ago (edited)

Some creatures are on land, some are in the air and some are in the sea which is what I saw when I went to the Sealife Sanctuary in Scarborough.

We set off at around 9AM on Day 4 to get to the Sealife Centre in Scarborough we got there around 10AM and I managed to get a picture in front of the Sealife centre sign!

After that we started our journey through the Sealife Centre starting with Turtles, after Turtles I believe we went to Lobsters which were amazing to look at and learn about!

After lobsters we went to the Rock Pool where we got to hold some different things including Shark eggs! Then we had an amazing experience with walking with Penguins! Yes seriously we were up close with penguins.

Penguins!

Then we went through another really interesting experience through a sea tunnel! We got to see loads of interesting sea creatures like Sharks and Turtles the turtle was giant!

We went all the way through it to get to Jellyfish. Some of them were upside down Jellyfish and some were glowing I loved seeing the glowing jellyfish!

Glowing Jellyfish.

After that our journey was finished! We took a few photos of the scenery outside then we headed off back to Thornwick Bay for the usual. We learned a lot from looking at all the different creatures of the sea: some are big, some are small, some deadly some friendly but we're all part of a massive chain that keeps growing as we evolve to become stronger people.
