The Salt Museum in Pomorie
In Pomorie, ancient Anhialo, sea salt has been harvested since time immemorial.
According to Bulgarian historians, the salt-mines existed before the foundation of the town (around the 5th century BC). The longstanding experience has been passed on from fathers to sons.
Often while cycling to Pomorie I pass through the Salt Museum. I want to share some of the pictures I made when I was cycling to the Museum.
