🔴 🔴TELEWORK, SAVINGS FOR ALL💻 💰

The 'home office', also known as telework, is an upward trend. So much so that according to a study (with which not everyone is satisfied) by the London Business School, 50% of professionals will not come to the office in 2020. This percentage could be feasible due to the existing technical advances, but not because of the mentality of many companies, which still bet on the presence. We continue with more studies, one of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation deepens that there is a 47% demand for flexible work, and only 6.2% of supply.

In any case, another study, in this case Global Workplace Analytics (GWA), confirms that between 2005 and 2013 the number of teleworkers grew by 80%; and it is undoubtedly a number that continues to rise. And why? For a simple matter of costs for all. According to EY Costa Rica, implementing two days a week of teleworking means a saving of US$1,125 per year; while in the U.S., it means a saving of US$1,125 per year. (and going back to the GWA study) a company would save US$11.00 a year per worker, if the home office were to be set up one hundred percent.
