I don't know how many of you saw this. Yeah, a secret service agent tried to shoot Trump's would-be assassin number two. The agent fired six shots from five feet away, and missed every time.

This says one of two things.

One thing that it might say is that DEI really sucks. We already saw DEI sucking during the first assassination attempt on Trump. We already saw women who were a foot shorter than Trump trying to shield him. We already had the image of an agent struggling to reholster her firearm. This agent might be another DEI hire.

It could also be a well trained agent. It could be a guy who passed all of the physical and cognitive tests with flying colors, and is solid at the range. It could be somebody who was just having a bad day -- anybody who shoots a lot has had an off day. Most people aren't programed to kill regardless of whether or not we're justified in killing. Shooting a paper target isn't the same thing as shooting a human being. Regardless, this says that the Fudd rhetoric that nobody needs more than six bullets to take down a bad guy is false.
