People may not realize that real estate is a tough business. Selling homes is probably the easiest area of real estate and it’s a tough business. To sell commercial real estate you have to be really tough, even cut throat to succeed. When you take that field and place it in one of the biggest cities like New York you have to have the tenacity to persevere. President Trump had been doing that for over 4 decades so he more than knows how to negotiate to get the best deal and now he does it for our country. We have a tough New York real estate developer negotiating with politicians that probably have little to no experience in any similar field. This gives him a big edge. His experience developing properties translates to his running the country. With real estate development you have to know how to take a property from its current state into the property as has been envisioned. Likewise, he sees how the country currently is and how it can be. With 40+ years of management experience in the toughest business in the toughest city makes him more than prepared to deal with other countries as is seen with his dealings with North Korea and trade agreements, just to name a couple. This is one of probably numerous reasons why President Trump is successful.
