It's even deeper than that; trump counts on a hostile reaction to his posting, and has included minor errors in his (and his staff's) Tweets; when the Ministry of Truth "pounces" on these minor errors, they end up proving his major point. They aren't paying attention to the larger picure (the media), but looking for gotcha quotes.

Scott Adams (of Dilbert) has has a field day at his blog explaining Trump's manipulation of these propagandists and their agenda.

Exactly. I don't always agree with Trump's position on things. but I do love how he tweaks and manipulates his enemies into making fools of themselves while he controls the narrative. Their only response is to then create something out of thin air, usually some half-assed 'leak' that is leaving a sloppy trail for the Justice dept. to follow up on.

Watch what he does today and tomorrow morning to frame Comey's testimony.
