New Years Eve - what to doM?

What are you going to do on New Years Eve? I haven't made my plans entirely yet, so I guess it will be family time, some good food, some great movies, and then eating chips and just having a great time. I am not such a big fan of staying up late, and even though the fireworks is cool, it is also dangerous when people shoot it up into the air from all directions in a small area.
