Deep, deep sigh... :O

I find it distressing that so many people have what amounts to blind faith in doctors, drug companies, and the government. While perhaps the typical doctor is well meaning, they are essentially trained to diagnose disease by rote and then apply whatever band-aid is the latest profit center for Big Pharma... :(
