War is Spiritual

in #truth7 years ago

War. A complete betrayal of our innocence (inner sense). Where twisted old men of power invent insidious plots, to convince young men and women to travel thousands of miles to slaughter people they've never met. Such a thing is only even possible through tremendous indoctrination and deceit. Nothing about it resembles sanity. Yet it is a perpetual state here on this earth.

What is innocence? A naivete to the realities of human nature. Our natural state of purity having not yet been poisoned by this world. At our deepest level, our only true desire is love. No evil exists for its own sake, but simply as the absence of love. So it could be said that the only war that exists, is a spiritual one. War only exists as a reflection of the war we wage within ourselves, with ourselves. It is an external symptom of an internal sickness, which only love can heal.

It somehow baffles me that war is not internationally recognized as a crime or at least a form of insanity.

I mean, how difficult is it to make it socially and globally unacceptable to wage wars?
