Live with truth with everyone around you..

The practice of integrity refer to as live in truth with everybody around you. You state your truth clearly and honestly. And you don't remain in relationships that are wrong for you or probably do things you don't agree with or which you don't believe in. You do not say things to people that are not trustworthy and sincere expression of your own true beliefs.

You insist on living with truth in every aspect of your life. The self confidence and root of self esteem deeply lie with your own character. The more you possess or practice impeccable integrity in your relationship with other fellows and yourself, the more you like and become respectful more to yourself. Also the more you like and respect yourself, it is the more you respect other fellows and also apply to them to reciprocate the respect to you back.

Then both quality and quantity of your own relationship will rise. Talking about integrity is one values that assure you of others. You are plain or honest to the point to which you live constantly with all other rule or principle that you're certain to be right and of good and true. Believe me consistency in attitude is the measure of your integrity.
