Oh, ok. Sad-one is voiced by the shows creator, and the other one was in some shows I've seen but not really much voice work. They seemed so familiar! I absolutely loved the Animaniacs as a kid, I caught the bit where wacko (?) sings the country song on 9gag the other day. Soooo good.
