Unreal Engine mobile Endless runner devlog00
So... I thought of posting devlog about my test game project for mobile (android platforms).
As this is my first blog/post I will try to make it short and brief (I apologize if I fail in that).

Basic idea:
So my idea was to make a game that will be an Endless Runner game with some obstacles and pickups on the straight tile generation.
Art:
Since Android devices still can't handle 3D fully (and it's my first time to work for Android/mobile devices), 3D is very low poly, with no textures or normal maps (still prototyping and testing).
Art part might change while game project progress further.
Features so far:
For now I added Bot character (runner), jumping, sliding, left and right movement as well as endless running.
I added simple 3D art for testing and just vector 3 for material and emissive lights, no normal maps nor textures.
I coded in endless tile generation and deleting tiles (cleaning) when player pass them, to avoid crashing game due clutter of objects in device memory. I also coded in player's speed increase during time.
