Why the government reopened the research into UFOs? 2017 will be the year what will go into history!

The question if we are alone has been answered, and there was no chaos, no drama, no wars, no what ever after the announcement. Because they just acknowledge that they study something, that something is a intelligent life force. What is the proof that we are not alone, because something is flying them or sending the "unknown" lights here. Nobody can say now, well those lights are a unknown energy, and that could also be intelligent. Because other life don't need to look like little green men in flying saucers, that is the picture the media presented to us. But the truth is, scientist discover everyday new life in the deepest part of our oceans. And they see life what they could not dream of. Now imagine what we can aspect from space? Beings what look like us or look like from starwars? No it don't need to be that way, because life have proven to adapt on the situation it's in. And in space we don't even know how the environments are, then we can't even imagine what type of intelligent life live on those places. We can only guess or assume or do research into evidence, and that means the military must tell the rest of the story right?

There for this picture, because 2017 will be forever the year, were the government admits doing a investigation into UFOs, while it official closed the projects years ago, with project blue book. They said that there was nothing and now years later the said, that they put millions into a research what they said before was nothing??
So what is holding the military back to tell more about why they had reopened the investigation into UFOs?
