My favorite fruit

Hey members hope your all good while reading about my favorite fruit. I know everybody has his/ her favorite fruit, some it may be apples, strawberries, mangoes oranges and many others but mine is “jackfruit “.

Most of the times I move to the streets and I find it, haaa I don’t hesitate to buy buy it however expensive it may be.

And the moment I go back to our village, luweero when I have gone to visit my dad it’s the first thing I ask them “do you have some jackfruit that’s ready in the garden ?” And children have to rush to the garden to look for it because they know I even pay for it.

Anyways some of the reasons why I like jackfruit is because it has a distinctive sweet flavor and it’s very nutritious, it provides a moderate amount of calories in addition to a lot of fiber, vitamins and minerals. It also provides some proteins which may help prevent blood 🩸 sugar levels.
