Steemit ain't one of those sites whose access is being taxed so thats fine by me. the painful bit is the tax on mobile money, 1% for receiving, using, withdrawing buying anything with it(1% percent on every activity that the money is involved in). At this rate mobile money, (one of the best innovations ever) could be killed off. Hopefully there will be other ways to do our transactions daily in Uganda.
