Thank you very much @patricklancaster! 2 questions: a) this shelling was it for sure an action from Ukraine Army elements, or can it have come from Ukraine supporting militians (if I'm not wrong, an array of fascist inspired armed groups are fighting alongside the Ukraine official troops)?;
b) have you posted a report about the "Reintegration Law" that's refered to in this video?
Hello, yes there are many groups that work with the army who also fire on civilians. In this case It is said by the witness the area that fired on this area is controlled by the Ukraine Armed Forces and they fired on the apartments. 2. I have not made a post yet, but I plan to.
