#Ulog 4 The struggle is Real

I just want to share how difficult it is here in our place to file a complaint to our ISP (internet service provider) whenever there is an ongoing issue. Here's a picture showing there are several people waiting in line while there are only 2 Customer Service Representatives assisting the customers.

My wife @ives and I decided to go to this office to ask for an assistance regarding our bill. As I mentioned in a previous post, our internet was down for two weeks, which is half of the month. Our ISP promised that they will rearrange our bill so we don't have to pay the full amount in the next billing cycle. This is why we decided to come today.

As part of the procedure, the customer has to get a number and wait for that number to be called. We got 1099 almost 40 minutes ago. Look at the number that is currently being addressed.

Looking around, I can see how these people around me are trying to past time. Some are sleeping, some are busy with their phones, while others are standing. As for me, I would probably just sleep if it weren't for the internet. Yes, i am connected to their internet because I had visited this place for 6 times last month. This goes to show that Filipinos are indeed very enduring.
